MaryJo currently serves on the Board of Directors for Quaker City English Dart League, and she is a member of the American Dart Organization. |

Jack has been a member of the Cohen-Seltzer team since 1983 and has over 45 years of experience in the insurance industry. His responsibilities include managing the claims process for commercial clients. Jack is an expert in the fields of Loss Prevention and Claims Management, and specializes in working with the firm's most dynamic and complex commercial accounts to mitigate losses and, when needed, to direct the claims process in the event of a loss to ensure timely and accurate resolution. |

Chris joined the Cohen-Seltzer team in early 2011. His focus is on complex account management, carrier relations, business development, and community involvement. Chris comes to his new home from the Liberty Mutual Group where he spent more than seven years in sales and distribution management.Chris earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed his Masters in Business Administration at Loyola University Maryland where he was a member of the MBA Fellows program in the Sellinger School of Business and Management. He currently holds the industry designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM). He is a Director of the Philadelphia Chapter of the CPCU Society for the 2011 to 2012 year. He has also been named to serve on the 2011 National CPCU Society New Designee Task Force. |

Matt joined Cohen-Seltzer in the summer of 2011 as an Account Executive, where his focus is on account management, carrier relations, and new business development. In the course of Matt's 20 year insurance career, he has spent time on the carrier as well as the agency side of the business. In his past, Matt has served as an Account Manager for a regional insurance broker, focusing on real estate development and construction related risks. He also has served as a claims consultant, from which he transitioned into the account manager role. Matt's diverse background, both from a claims and account management standpoint, make him a valuable addition to the Cohen-Seltzer team. Matt earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware. He also obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University. |

Mike has been a member of the Cohen-Seltzer team since 1999. With over 30 years of accounting experience, Mike is responsible for managing the financial operation of the agency. His functions include preparing and monitoring the annual budget, oversight of all accounting and payroll operations, management of agency contracts, and the maintenance of vendor relationships to ensure successful day to day operation of the firm. Mike's responsibility further extends to the procurement and maintenance of all office hardware for the company.

Lois joined Cohen-Seltzer in 2007. She is responsible for leveraging the firm's current technology to guarantee the highest level of client service. From the implementation of our document management system to the creation of a more cohesive client database, her focus extends from managing outside resources to training internal staff. By maintaining quality relationships with IT providers and consistently researching new products as they become available, Lois is responsible for finding and implementing new technologies as needed. Lois is a member of NetVu (formerly AMS User Group) and has served as a presenter and panel member at their national conference. |
