Lois R. Beck, AAI, AIS, Director of Systems and Training, joined Cohen Seltzer in 2007. She is responsible for leveraging the firm’s current technology to guarantee the highest level of client service. From the implementation of the document management system to the creation of a more cohesive client database, her focus extends from managing outside resources to training internal staff.

By maintaining quality relationships with IT providers, and consistently researching new products as they become available, Beck is also responsible for finding and implementing new technology as needed.
