John J. Bogansky, ARM, Chief Operating Officer, has been a member of the Cohen-Seltzer family since 1979, and has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. As a member of the Executive Committee and a Partner, he is an integral part of implementing the overall vision of the firm, as well as, managing all internal day-to-day operations of the company including finance, personnel management systems, claims and most importantly, directing our customer service units to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.

John specializes in evaluating and managing the unique risks associated with large, dynamic companies. As an advocate for the industry, he has devoted time to many organizations and has previously served as the Chairman of the Jonathan Trumbull Association, and is past member of the Producer Advisory Council for many Insurance Companies including the Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance Company, Home Insurance Company, Crum & Forster Insurance Company, Kemper Insurance Company, and Zurich Insurance Company.
