The LValarm is isolated from input, output, and FG.Table 6.12 LV alarm operating conditionsAlarmOutput of alarmIf the output voltage drops or Open collector methodstops, the LV and LVG terminals Good : Lowgive an alarm signal.(0 - 0.8V, 10mA max)Note : 1In case of overcurrent, Fail : High or Openthe alarm signal will be 50V 10mA maxLVunstable.2The alarm signal won’tbe given in paralleloperation if OR diodesare not used.!Parallel operationFor parallel operation, please take the following steps:1 (Before wiring) set the output voltage of each unit to the desiredvalue. The output voltage difference between the units must beless than 0.1V or 1% of the rated output voltage, whichever issmaller.2 Wire the power supplies as shown in Fig. 6.13. Make sure theoutput wires of the unit connected in parallel are of the samelength and the same type.3 Make sure the total output current does not exceed the valuedetermined by the following formula:Output current in The rated= X (Number of unit) X0.85parallel operation current per unit* Make sure the current drawn from each unit is less than therated output current.- When adjusting the output voltage after wiring, repeat the abovementionedsteps (1 to 3).- If the number of units in parallel increases, the input current increasesas well. Make sure the input equipment and wires haveenough current capacity.-The maximum number of units for parallel connection is 5.-Master-Slave operation is not possible.V.ADJNo.1 No.2 No.5+V +V -V -VCB and±S CB and±SInstall H-SN-31 Remove H-SN-31 Remove H-SN-31FG AC AC+V +V -V -V(N) (L)V.ADJFG AC AC+V +V -V -V(N) (L)V.ADJFGAC(N)AC(L)0.1 F 100kW LV(-) (+)LoadFig.6.12 LV internal circuitLVGFig.6.13 Parallel operation condition (Example of PJA600F)- If the output current is less than 10% of the rated output current, the output voltage may fl uctuate. The required minimum current is different depending on the modeland the number of units in parallel. Consult us for more details.- If the length of the output wires of each unit is different, the outputcurrent from each unit will be unbalanced. Make sure to use outputwires of the same length for all units in parallel.!Remote sensing-These models are equipped with a remote sensing function.PJA-24
