For a receiving inspection, such as Hi-Pot test, gradually increase(decrease) the voltage for the start (shut down). Avoid using Hi-Pot tester with the timer because it may generate voltage a fewtimes higher than the applied voltage, at ON/OFF of a timer.! When you test a unit for isolation between the input and output,input and the terminal FG or between the output and the terminalFG, short-circuit between the output and the terminals RCG, PGGand AUXG.1.12 Reducing standby power?
