ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certification)*1 is a European safety certification mark that enables product distribution across all EU member states, EFTA (European Free Trade Association)*2 countries, as well as certain Eastern European nations.
Electronic components bearing the ENEC mark do not require additional application procedures between member countries, eliminating the need to obtain individual national safety approvals. This provides a significant advantage by facilitating smooth distribution of products within the European market.
Products covered by ENEC include lighting equipment, transformers, information-processing devices, switches, and more. Within our product lineup, AC line noise filters are ENEC-certified.

An example of the ENEC mark is shown below. Each mark is accompanied by an identifying number that corresponds to the certification body responsible for the evaluation.

Please refer to the NENC website for information regarding certification bodies and identification numbers.
